Veggie Stirfry with Tofu 🤤 Loaded with mushroom broccoli and peppers!
RECIPE⠀
Baked Tofu:
1 block tofu (drained and pressed then cut into cubes), 2 tsp garlic chili sauce,
1 tbsp tamari,
1 tbsp nutritional yeast.
Add tofu cubes to a container and add in remaining ingredients. Seal container and give container some gentle shakes to completely coat tofu. Once coated add to a lined baking sheet and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 400F. .⠀
STIR FRY
For veggie stir fry, in a pan add
sliced mushrooms
onion
Sauté until onions are translucent. Add in hearty veggies like broccoli, add a splash of tamari and 2 tbsp water. Cover pan and let cook until broccoli has turned bright green, about 4-5 minutes. Add less hearty veggies like bell pepper and add another splash of tamari and a splash of sweet chili sauce (I used about 1 tbsp). Sauté until veggies are fully coated and most of the liquid cooks off, 3 minutes. Add in tofu and coat before removing from heat. Served this mix with lotusfoods brown jasmine rice.

  1. What you described is not stir frying. It seems like you’re just calling a mixture of vegetables “stir fry”.
